Built for your trade
Florist's multiplier, waste, arranging time: your margin finally visible.
Round bouquet, arrangement in foam, funeral, wedding: the true cost of every creation, flower by flower.
Apply your multiplier (×2, ×2,5…) or a target margin: the app works out the price incl. VAT and the effective multiplier.
Unsold flowers, broken stems: build a waste rate into the purchase cost so you stop giving away breakage to your customers.
Snap the invoice — Rungis, wholesaler, grower: your stem prices update across all your creations.
Labour and overheads go into the cost price: your talent shows up in the price, not just the flowers.
The monthly gauge shows whether the shop's margin covers rent, cold room and wages.

↗FAQ
Bouquet price, multiplier, waste: the sums behind a shop that blooms.
Add up the cost excl. VAT of the stems, foliage and supplies (ribbon, paper, foam), then apply your multiplier — commonly ×2 to ×2,5 — and VAT. Then check that the result also covers the arranging time. Example in the app: 17,58 € cost price, a 2,5 multiplier → recommended price 40,05 € incl. VAT, i.e. 15,80 € of profit per piece.
The usual shop multiplier runs from 2 to 2,5 on the purchase price excl. VAT of cut flowers, sometimes up to 3 on supplies. There's nothing lavish about it: it has to absorb waste, refrigeration, water, cleaning the stems and the arranging. The app shows you the effective multiplier actually achieved on each creation, once every cost is counted.
Waste in cut flowers (unsold stock, damaged stems) often accounts for 10 to 20% of purchases. Mark up the purchase cost by that rate before applying your multiplier: a rose bought for 1 € with 15% waste is calculated on 1,15 €. Tracking your stock then lets you bring that rate down — that's margin straight to the bottom line.
Your labour (time × all-in hourly rate) goes into the cost price, just like the flowers. It's what sets a florist's bouquet apart from a supermarket bunch. For events — weddings, funerals — also add the preparation, delivery and setup to the quote.
Two levels: the margin per creation (selling price − full cost) and the monthly break-even — the cumulative margin has to cover rent, cold room, wages and overheads. The app shows both continuously, with a projection of the date your month turns profitable.
